One of four adorable one bedroom duplexes built in 1935 located in a great Old West Durham neighborhood within walking distance to 9th Street. Charming porches at the front and back of each duplex were reconstructed and private parking provided at the back of the property. Glued carpet and linoleum was removed from the hardwood floors and the floors were refinished throughout. The original windows were reworked and repaired to retain the original charm of the property.
