This apartment had housed a single resident for over thirty years. When he inherited his childhood farm-house, we were given the opportunity to renovate this wonderful 2nd floor apartment in February of 2009. New energy efficient windows had already been installed. Hardwood floors were refinished and updated fixtures were installed throughout. The bathroom and the ktichen were renovated and new vinyl flooring installed. The gas warm-morning heater was removed and the apartment converted to updated electric heat.
