This beautiful 1930's Craftsman style bungalow was partially destroyed by fire in July of 2007. It was an opportunity to renovate and provide a breathtaking master bedroom suite upstairs. WIth the cooperation of the Historic Commission, plans were drawn to raise the level of the roof-line, providing larger dormer windows to expand the upstairs space, allowing the addition of walk-in closets, a study area and a bathroom.
